At the moment of the IPO prospectus approval by the CNMV (16th March 2017), Neinor Homes S.A.’s share capital amounted to 729,297,000 euros, represented by 72,929,700 ordinary shares with 10 euros of face value each, all with the same classification, totally subscribed and disbursed, granting the same rights to its owners. As of today, the share capital of Neinor Homes S.A., subscribed and fully paid up, amounts to 655,226,883.74 euros, and it is divided into 74,968,751 shares of 8.74 euro face value each.
All Neinor Homes S.A.’s shares are admitted to public negotiation and quotation in the stock markets of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia. Its ticker is HOME.
