We are also pioneers in our commitment to co-investment in residential development as a fundamental part of the company's growth strategy.
And maintaining a responsible financial profile with the objective of maintaining debt to asset value (LTV) ratios below 25-30%.

We believe in public-private collaboration and have developed a collaboration agreement with the Metropolitan Area and Barcelona City Council for the construction of over 4,500 affordable rental homes. And all our projects meet high standards of design, quality, sustainability and innovation.
