Jordi Argemí García, Chief Executive Officer of Neinor Homes, has nearly 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and more than 11 years of specialization in the real estate sector. His career has been defined by financial discipline, the execution of transformational corporate transactions, and the sustainable creation of shareholder value.
Jordi joined Neinor Homes in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was promoted to Deputy CEO in 2019. In April 2026, the Board of Directors approved an orderly succession plan under which he was appointed Co-CEO, with the intention that he will assume sole executive leadership of the company from 1 January 2027. His appointment reinforces Neinor Homes' strategic continuity and recognizes his pivotal role in defining and executing the company's capital-efficient growth strategy.
During his tenure at Neinor Homes, Jordi has led and executed some of the most significant corporate transactions in the Spanish residential real estate sector. These include the company's initial public offering (IPO) in 2017, with a NAV of €1.3 billion, the largest IPO ever completed by a residential developer in Europe; the acquisition of rental platform Renta Garantizada in 2020; the acquisition of listed developer Quabit in 2021, with a GAV of approximately €450 million; the structuring of institutional co-investment vehicles totaling approximately €300 million in 2023 and a further €500 million across 2023 and 2024; the acquisition of a stake in Habitat Inmobiliaria through a joint venture in 2024, in a transaction valued at approximately €700 million, together with the management of its asset portfolio; and the acquisition of listed developer AEDAS Homes in 2025, in a transaction valued at approximately €2.0 billion.
On the financing side, Jordi has led the structuring and negotiation of more than €6.0 billion of financing across multiple products and capital markets. This includes €1.5 billion in bond issuances, including the company's inaugural €300 million bond offering; €1.2 billion in recapitalization structures, bridge financing, and corporate debt facilities; and more than €3.5 billion in land acquisition and development (capex) financing. His expertise has been instrumental in strengthening Neinor Homes' capital structure, enhancing its investment capacity, and supporting the company's disciplined growth strategy.
Prior to joining Neinor Homes, Jordi was a Senior Manager in PwC's Corporate Finance, M&A and Debt Advisory practice. During his seven years at the firm, he advised on more than 30 corporate transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €4.0 billion. Among his most notable real estate transactions was advising on the acquisition of Neinor Homes from Kutxabank, the transaction that laid the foundations for the company's current platform.
Earlier in his career, Jordi worked in Barclays' Corporate Banking division. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ESADE and an MBA jointly awarded by ESADE and Warwick Business School.
Mario Lapiedra has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, and since 2015 he joined Neinor Homes as Chief Investment Officer leading the company's investment and commercial areas.
During this period, Mario has invested over €4.5 billion (€2 billion in individual assets and €2.5 billion in corporate transactions), in addition to participating in the fund raising of approximately €3 billion (IPOs, ABBs, and JVs). In the commercial area, Mario has led the sale of over €6 billion in assets, including retail sales and portfolios.
Before joining Neinor Homes, Mario led Lone Star's operations in Spain and Portugal for four years as Head of Underwriting and Asset Management at Hudson Advisors. During this time, he participated in transactions exceeding €5.5 billion, most notably Octopus and Lion. Prior to that, he spent five years as Head of Valuation at Knight Frank.
Mario holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has a Master's degree in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. In addition, Mario combined his studies with a professional basketball career.
Alberto joined Neinor Group in 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, following the Group's acquisition of AEDAS Homes.
Throughout his career, Alberto has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, leading the development, management and delivery of more than 20,000 homes.
From 2016 to 2026, he served as Chief Operating Officer of AEDAS Homes, where he oversaw the execution and delivery of more than 17,000 homes across 275 residential developments, generating revenues of over €6 billion. Previously, in 2015, he founded SOCEBI, a real estate services company, through which he collaborated with Castlelake in the development of its real estate strategy in Spain and the launch of AEDAS Homes.
Prior to that, Alberto spent more than a decade at Vallehermoso, holding several senior management positions. As Regional Director for Catalonia and Madrid, he led the delivery of more than 3,000 homes and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer, managing a balance sheet in excess of €1.8 billion.
He began his professional career at ACS in the residential construction division.
Alberto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has completed the General Management Program at IESE Business School.
Gabriel has circa 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Neinor Homes in April 2015 as Chief Business Officer, he worked 5 years at PwC transactions, where he was involved in refinancings, valuations, strategic analysis and NPLs in the real estate sector worth over €4,300M. Prior to PwC, Gabriel worked in the Land Development and Management department of Reyal Urbis as Global Coordinator.
Gabriel holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School, as well as a Master in Real Estate Management from the Centro Superior de Edificación. Gabriel has been teaching since 2015 in the Real Estate Degree at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Fernando has an extensive professional career on the residential sector. He has been part of the Neinor Homes team since May 2015, when he joined the team as Head of Contracts and Acquisitions inside the operations department.
Before joining Neinor Homes, Fernando was Head of Acquisitions in Contrucciones MS for 16 years, as responsible of strategy and management of the acquisitions for the company at a global level. He has also held responsibility positions in companies like Fundación Laboral de la Construcción.
He is a Technical Engineer on Public works by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed his formation with an Executive MBA at Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has been a teacher in Escuela de Ingenieros de la Edificación at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Mr. Pepa served as Director of 1810 Capital Investments S.L., a Spanish based entity dedicated to Real Estate and Special Situations Investments, up until joining the Company as an Executive Vice President. He has over 16 years of investment banking experience. He recently worked as Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York, running the Latin America Private Financing Division. He previously served as Vice President at Credit Suisse, New York, where he led the Latin America Client Coverage Team. Prior to this, Mr. Pepa worked in the Emerging Markets Division at Deutsche Bank, New York. Mr. Pepa has a Business Degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires.
José is the head of the Investor Relations area, after joining the company in September 2020.
With an extensive experience in the investment banking field, before joining Neinor Homes he led the real estate analysis team within Banco Santander, as well as previously he worked at Haitong Bank, for the group companies in this same sector for both Spain and Portugal.
José has a degree in Economics from the Portuguese University Nova SBE and completed his training with a Master's degree in Finance from the Portuguese Catholic University.
Aiala joined Neinor Homes in 2014, being promoted to Strategy Director in 2020.
Since then, it has participated in important M&A operations, such as the acquisition of the listed Quabit Inmobiliaria in 2021, in co-investment vehicles, as well as in the issuance of two bonds and corporate debt worth more than 1,000 million euros.
Before joining Neinor Homes, she worked for 6 years at Deloitte as an external account auditor specialized in the real estate and construction sector where she was an active part of valuation and refinancing processes.
Aiala has a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the University of the Basque Country.
David has 20 years of experience in the legal sector. Before joining Neinor Homes as Chief Legal Officer, David was Of Counsel at the M&A department in Madrid of the US firm Jones Day.
During his almost 10 years at Jones Day, David advised national and international companies and financial investors in a wide range of sectors, particularly in the context of cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance matters. Prior to Jones Day, David worked at Cuatrecasas and DLA Piper and as in-house lawyer of a financial group.
David holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and a LLM from IE Business School.
Throughout her career, Esther has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in Organization and Human Resources within multinational companies in the construction and real estate sectors, leading people management and organizational transformation initiatives across Europe, Latin America and Asia.
From 2017 to 2026, she served as Chief Corporate Resources Officer at AEDAS Homes, where, in addition to Human Resources, she was responsible for Sustainability, Processes, Insurance, Quality and Document Management. Prior to that, she held several senior Human Resources positions at Grupo Aldesa, first as Head of Human Resources for the Construction Division and later as Global HR Manager.
Earlier in her career, Esther served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferrovial Inmobiliaria and began her professional career as Training Manager at donpiso.
Esther holds a Diploma in Educational Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. She has also completed the Executive Program in Labour Relations at Garrigues, the Executive Program in Strategic People Development at ESADE, the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School, and the Board Directors Program at ESADE.
Silvia has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing and Communication positions and extensive experience in the real estate sector.
Before joining Neinor Homes in 2018, she worked as Director of Marketing and Sales Channels at BBVA Real Estate.
With a creative profile, he began his professional career in advertising agencies such as RemoD6 and Ogilvy, coordinating large accounts such as Sanitas, EasyJet, Ford, Banco ING, Carrefour and Grupo Eulen.
She held positions as international marketing director at Grupo Gestesa in Poland and Spain, Martinsa-Fadesa for Spain, Portugal and Morocco, and as manager of Internal Communication and Endomarketing at Telefónica, in Peru.
With a degree in Advertising and PR from the European University of Madrid, she is firmly convinced that if you love what you do, you will find a way to make things work. Proof of this, it has obtained 4 ASPRIMA awards for best Marketing strategy, Golden Sun and Bronze Lion at the Cannes Festival.
Ana Teresa has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, managing and delivering more than 30,000 homes. Since May 2015, she has been Back Office Director at Neinor Homes, leading the company's administrative and support area.
She began her career in the sector in 2002, becoming Director of Administration and Commercial Management of Arenal 2000, one of the most important promoter-construction groups in Andalusia.
In 2009, she was Director of Commercial Administration and Sales in Financial Processes and Developments and partner-owner of Real Estate Processes and Developments, where she participated in relevant operations such as the intervention of the Bank of Spain to Grupo Cajasur, the purchase of Cajasur by Kutxabank and the sale of Kutxabank-Cajasur assets to Lone Star.
In 2012 she was appointed Director of Sales Administration at Cajasur Inmobiliaria.
Ana Teresa has a degree in Business Administration and Management from ETEA, today LOYOLA University in Córdoba.
Álvaro joined Neinor Homes in 2015 as Head of Compliance and has been promoted to currently manage the areas of Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability.
Prior to joining Neinor Homes, he was Associate Director of Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) at EY and KPMG. He has also been Head of Internal Audit at Quabit Inmobiliaria and worked for 8 years at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) as an external auditor specialising in the real estate and construction sector.
Álvaro has been a lecturer at the University of Deusto on the Law School's Compliance Officer specialisation course since 2019. As an expert in Money Laundering Prevention, he provides training in this area to different companies, and has been an instructor on Strategy and Fraud Prevention for IGAE inspectors at the Court of Audit. For 3 years he taught the External Audit Course to new team leaders at Deloitte, being named Best Instructor in Spain every year. Likewise, in 2018 he was nominated as Compliance Officer of the year in the 1st edition of the Expansión Compliance Awards.
He is also a regular speaker on best practices in GRC, Internal Audit, Prevention of Money Laundering and Sustainability in the Big Four, in private and public institutions, and in business schools, as well as a contributor to various publications.
Álvaro holds a degree in Business Administration "Cum Laude", with a double major in Finance and Auditing, from the Complutense University of Madrid, and completed his training with the IEB's Financial Model Construction and Analysis Programme. He holds the COSO Internal Control Accreditation from the IAI (Instituto Auditores Internos) and the Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance "with distinction" from the ICA (International Compliance Association).
The members who will hold executive responsibilities until 31 December 2026 are identified below to ensure the effective management of the integration of the Group's Corporate Governance framework.
Borja has extensive experience in the field of residential development, project management in real estate and industrial sector and strategic business planning.
In June 2016 he joined Neinor Homes as Technical Director of the Northern area, from the developer company Construcciones Gerrikabeitia where he carried out technical management and construction tasks for the group's developments, urban management, land acquisition and sale, planning and general business supervision.
Previously, during his first professional stage he was linked to the industrial world in the company Befesa Zinc part of Abengoa Group, where he led the continuous improvement of processes and the environmental situation of the company as Deputy Production and Technical Director, also being responsible for external relations, various management systems and benchmarking with other group factories distributed throughout Europe.
He has also been member of the board of directors of companies such as Abengoa, Sondika Zinc and Zindes and collaborator of Aclima and Eurometaux based in Brussels.
After graduating from a High School in the USA, Borja studied Industrial Engineering at the Higher School of Industrial Engineers of Bilbao and holds a master’s degree in business administration INSIDE from the University of Deusto.
Joaquín has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Leadership in various sectors, including Real Estate Development, Construction, Industrial, Services, Mining and Fishing, among others.
Before joining Neinor Homes in June 2021 as Corporate Director, Joaquín held the position of Corporate Organization and HR Director at Quabit Inmobiliaria for 14 years, and previously at Grupo Rayet.
Previously, he served as Corporate HR Director at Grupo Calvo, Industrial Relations and HR Manager at Asturiana de Zinc, and HR Manager at Grupo Elosúa-Carbonell, among others.
Joaquín holds a Degree in Business Sciences from the University of León and a Master's Degree in Personnel and Human Resources Management from thec CDR in Madrid.
