Joaquim Manich Carrer (Director of the East Region)

Joaquim has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector and has held executive positions in several companies within this sector. During these years, has managed more than 4,000 units and delivered more than 4,700 homes.

Prior to joining Neinor Homes in April 2015 as Eastern Region Director, Joaquim was Managing Director of Copcisa Inmobiliaria for 8 years. He started this activity in the Copcisa Group, with the construction of 2,500 homes and 316.70 m2 of industrial plots. Prior to Copcisa, he also started the Barcelona office of Ferrovial Inmobiliaria as Delegate of Catalonia for 3 years involved in the purchase of plots to develop more than 600 houses.

Previously, he developed his professional career in Procam (real estate subsidiary of Caixa Catalunya) and Confort Promotora Inmobiliaria.

Joaquim holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialized in Organization, from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and PDD from IESE Business School.

Sixto Bayo (Director of Levante Region)

Sixto has 25 years of experience in the real estate sector managing and marketing Real Estate Developments, second hand and commercial premises. More than 6,000 properties have passed under his direct management, 3,000 of which are new builds.

He joined Neinor Homes in 2018 as Commercial Manager in Valencia. Previously during 7 years he was Territorial Director of Altamira. Previously in this stage, he was Manager of New Developments at Grupo Lar. At Edificios Valencia where he began his professional career in the real estate sector he was Director of Organization and Systems and Responsible for Customer Service.

At the beginning of his professional career, he worked at Accenture, collaborated on information systems consultancy projects at Air Nostrum, and Logistics at Ford España. He participated in the Kodak information systems change project worldwide.

Sixto is an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Energy Techniques from the Polytechnic University of Valencia

Iñigo Ibarra Sanz (Director of the North Region)

Iñigo holds a Superior Architecture Degree, with mention in urban management, from the University of Navarra, and an Advanced Project Management Course at the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Neinor in 2001 and becoming our Head of the Northern Region, Iñigo worked as a Project Manager at Idom, a multinational company of Consulting, Engineering and Architecture.

During his 9 years at Idom, Iñigo was also partner at ACXT, an architecture services provider. ACXT-IDOM is the largest provider of professional services to architecture in Spain and one of the most relevant worldwide. During this period, he developed and managed architectural projects, both residential and tertiary.

In 2001, Iñigo joins Neinor, as director of expansion. He has held different positions in the company, until his appointment in 2016 as Territorial Director of the Northern Area, a position he currently holds.

Alberto Salamanca Alvarez (Director of Andalusia Region)

Industrial Engineer from the University of Malaga, Alberto has a Master's MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Land Management from IPE.
 
With experience and training in all areas of the real estate sector, he has held management and team leadership roles in construction companies, property companies and real estate developers for 20 years.
 
Between 2011 and 2015, he executed the strategic lines of land divestment and WIP in Andalusia, Extremadura and the Canary Islands of the Real Estate unit of Banc Sabadell (Solvia).
 
Before joining in May 2022 as Territorial Director of Eastern Andalusia of Neinor Homes, he was founder of Leadside, a Project Management and Delegated Management company.

Jorge Algarate Gonzalo (Director of Castilla-La Mancha)

Jorge has more than 24 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, having developed his professional career in different companies of the Rayet Group.

At Rayet Promoción he was responsible for Cooperatives Management, delivering more than 800 subsidized homes in the province Guadalajara.

As Territorial Director of Castilla-La Mancha in Rayet and Quabit, he has directly managed the product design, commercialization, and construction control of more than 3,000 homes, all of them new construction (subsidized and free). He has also been responsible for the land purchase and urbanization in the province of Guadalajara, conducting the urbanization of more than three million square meters of land for residential and industrial use in different sectors.

Jorge holds a master's degree in Real Estate Development Management from the University of Comillas and has participated in different seminars on Urban Management at the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) in Cuenca.

Ignacio Gómez Loarte (Director of the Center Region)

Ignacio Gómez has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and developer sector. During these years he has managed more than 5,000 homes under development and has participated in the acquisition of land for more than 4,800 homes, with an approximate investment volume of 286 million euros.

He started his career in the expansion and development departments of Supermercados Champion (Carrefour Group) and Caprabo. Later he was the Territorial Director of the center region at Inmobiliaria Osuna and ACP Level, National Director of Residential Banks and Savings Banks at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Business Director at Vital Inmobiliaria (Oproler Group).

Ignacio also has international experience, since he was Commercial Director for Latam at Nuovit Corporate for the development, promotion and sale of more than 65,000 m² of offices in Quito (Ecuador) and Lima (Peru). Prior to joining Neinor Homes, he was Territorial Director of the center region at Quabit Inmobiliaria.

Ignacio holds a degree in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and a master's degree in Urban Planning and Spatial Planning from the CEU San Pablo University.
