For this reason, it makes available to any interested party an Ethics Channel accessible through the address to report any possible irregularity, non-compliance or behavior contrary to ethics, legality and the rules governing the group of which the whistleblower is aware.

All communications made through this channel will be treated in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the parties involved and allowing the sending of anonymous communications when the whistleblower so wishes.

The team managing the Ethics Channel may contact the whistleblower through this platform to request additional information or inform him/her about the course of the investigation.

This whistleblower channel will be governed by the Neinor Homes Whistleblower Management Procedure.
