Neinor Homes has confirmed to the market the distribution of 40 million euros to its shareholders on 19 February. This distribution was already anticipated to the market in January this year and will represent a gross payout of 53 euro cents per share and a net amount of 0.5247 euros per share, a return of approximately 5%.

The company has also informed the market that the last trading day for Neinor shares with the right to receive the refunded amount will be next Wednesday, 14 February.

Over the next 24 months, the company aims to distribute a total of 365 million euros to its shareholders, as announced last year in the presentation of the new Strategic Plan. This represents 4.87 euros per share and a return of approximately 46%, positioning Neinor as the company in the Spanish market that remunerates its shareholders with the highest profitability in the entire Spanish stock market in the indicated period. Specifically with regard to the 2024 and 2025 financial years, Neinor aims to distribute 200 million euros and 125 million euros, respectively, among its shareholders.

Borja García-Egotxeaga, CEO of Neinor Homes, commented: "Within the framework of the strategic plan we announced in March 2023, we plan to offer our investors a dividend yield of 46% over the next 24 months, or 4.87 euros per share. Not only is this one of the highest yields in the market, but it also has an optimal tax treatment, which makes Neinor's dividends even more attractive.”

Jordi Argemí, Deputy CEO and CFO, explained: "Since the announcement of the strategic plan in March 2023, we have already distributed €125 million to shareholders and have been able to bring forward part of the payments to October. This year, an additional €200 million is planned and we are already working on this".
